- Firstly, combine the wheat dough by taking wheat flour, oil, salt, enough water and knead.
- Further, in a large mixing bowl take 4 boiled potato and mashed very well.
- Add mashed potatoes,salt, chopped green chili, ginger paste, cumin powder,garam masala, coriander powder, and coriander leaves.Making sure all the ingredients are mix together.
- Divide the dough into 2 equal portions,make a ball and dust with some wheat flour. further, roll a ball in a circle of about 5 inches in diameter.
- Place a potato stuffing in the center of the circle.
- Bring together all the sides in the center and seal tightly.
- Roll again into a circle of 5 inches in diameter circle with a little flour.
- On a hot tawa place the rolled paratha and cook for a minute until golden brown spot appear.
- Furthermore, flip the paratha untill golden brown.
- Brush oil/ghee, flip again once or twice till both the sides are cooked properly.
- Repeat the same process with the remaining dough, and stuffing to make more parantha.
